For Your Information
Because we sell through multiple channels, some items may sell out without notice. However, you are welcome to contact us to check the availability of any item prior to ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dealoras reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

What to expect when you place an online order
Once you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received, and another e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped.

Items with incorrect pricing and/or non-delivery destinations
We do our best to ensure that our pricing and content are as accurate as possible, however, errors do happen. If you find an error in our pricing, content or find that you have placed an order for an item that cannot be shipped to your destination, contact us immediately. If we find a pricing error, we may bill you for the difference, and orders placed to non-deliverable destinations are automatically cancelled. 

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Dealoras shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Dealoras shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dealoras will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Item/website descriptions, typos, and photographic errors are subject to corrections and changes.

Delivery Expectations
Some of our products may require more time than others to arrive, for example personalized/engraved items, some clothing, and bulky items may not arrive for at least 2-3 weeks. If orders are not received within this time frame, contact us. 

Promo Code Usage
Promo codes can only be used on a per order basis and cannot be combined with any other promotion/offer. 

Item limits
You may purchase as many items as you’d like at any given time. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders placed on our site, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. If this ever occurs, you will be notified via the email address, billing address or phone number provided with the respective order.

Accepted Payments
PayPal & Credit cards are accepted for online purchases and Cashier's Checks & Postal Money Orders are accepted for purchases by mail, in U.S. Dollars only. Stripe not accepted at this time.

Orders by Mail
To order by mail, print & mail in your invoice to us with your payment, or contact us. We only accept Cashier's Checks & Postal Money Orders by mail.

Payments are due within 7 days of ordering. After payment is received, and depending on the package destination, Contiguous US customers allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive and 15-20 days for Alaska and Hawaii orders to arrive . Non-payment after 7 days will result in the order being automatically canceled.

Credit Card Billing
Credit cards are billed when merchandise ships from one of our warehouses. We do not offer backorders or advance orders.
